Do I need to refrigerate my Elmhurst cartons?
Our products are shelf-stable and can be stored in your pantry until opened. Once opened, please refrigerate and consume within 7 to 10 days for peak freshness.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, all Elmhurst 1925 products are 100% plant-based, vegan, and certified gluten-free. We are also Non-GMO Project Verified.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold within the contiguous United States. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive via standard ground shipping.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Absolutely. Our cartons are recyclable through many local programs. We use FSC-certified paperboard to ensure our packaging is as sustainable as the ingredients inside.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
